After a long and patient wait for 18 months without being able to sing, we hope everyone will be returning with masses of enthusiasm to greet long lost friends, in high spirits for some fun and laughter and in good voice to gently revisit some of the songs we’ve learnt in the past. We warmly welcome past and present singers and look forward to seeing lots of new faces to join the ranks. Experience isn’t essential but enthusiasm is to sing all genres of music. Some will be familiar, some will be new to you. Gary will be leading us with Gustavo accompanying on the piano. Details as always from Gill on 07852 970049 or email admin@swansingers.uk

During the Coronavirus pandemic, the committee have continued to meet using Zoom meetings. The Chairperson’s report, the Musical Director’s report and the Treasurer’s report have all been produced and sent to choir members by email. They have been invited to send in questions to the committee prior to the Zoom AGM on Tuesday 29 September 2020. Since the lockdown began on 23 March 2020, the committee have discussed plans and music selection for the eventual recommencing of the choir. With the latest government restrictions (22.09.20), this may well not be until March 2021 when hopefully a vaccine is available. This website will continue to publish any updates as they happen.
